Abstract
Designed a PLC control system of steaming bucket feeding based on the machine vision. The feeding system can realize the artificial simulation of feeding steaming bucket when fermented grains get wet. The result indicates that this kind of operation control system is easy, safe and reliable, with low failure rate. It can greatly reduce the manual labor, and satisfies the requirements of production technology.
