Abstract
Aiming at the problems of low positioning accuracy and low efficiency in the process of point brine, machine vision was introduced into the betel nut brine system, and a betel nut brine system was developed which combined machine vision and motion control. The system mainly obtains the center positions of betel nuts of different shapes through visual positioning, and transmits the positioning results to the motion controller, and then uses kinematics to calculate the motion trajectory of the point halogen, and realizes the precise positioning and automatic point halogen of the point halogen.
