Abstract

Firstly, this paper expounds the research status at home and abroad of three key technologies in the production process of fresh and wet rice flour: efficient powder dispersion, accurate weighing and automatic packaging, and focuses on the key technical problems existing in the research and development of technology and mechanical equipment; Secondly, on the basis of summarizing the development level of existing technology and equipment, this paper further analyzes the main reasons for these problems. Finally, the development direction of three key technologies in the automatic production of fresh and wet rice flour is prospected from the aspects of production technology, mechanical design and system algorithm optimization.
