Abstract
In this paper, the current legal system regarding deceptive food advertisements in China has been discussed deeply and issues of current legal system have been analyzed. To solve the issues, a way for optimizing food legal system was explored and several measures which assist to improve the legal system for eliminating deceptive food advertisements have been proposed. Overall, relevant legal regulations published domestically and intenationally should be sorted out and the law enforcement of government sectors should be enhanced to constrain people who want to advertise deceptive food information.
